Comfort Inn & Suites Chesterfield - St. Louis

Nice hotel with spacious rooms and very friendly, helpful staff. Hot water takes a bit to come, but not a big deal. Free breakfast has good options, and the attendant was amazing and kind super helpful and even taught me how to make a waffle, haha! breakfast area is spacious, and the pool is nice (just a bit cold for the weather). Overall, a comfortable stay with great people running the place!

This motel really surprised me! The room was spotless, the front desk staff went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed, and parking was super convenient. You can tell they take pride in keeping the place well-maintained. Highly recommended for both short and long stays!

I’m pleased to say that Nikki, the front desk clerk was so helpful, nice, professional, and was working very hard. We were having a few problems with our first room, and she took care of us. She moved us to a nicer room, because of the plumbing issue. She was very busy, doing many different tasks at one time, but kept positive and with a smile on her face. We also met the manager, (didn’t get his name) and he was very professional and helpful. They both deserve recognition and they are a big asset to this hotel. Deborah McFarland

This hotel by far is the absolute best hotel I've been to in a long time. From the moment I walk in I'm treated above and beyond normal hotel standards. Ive been coming to this hotel for years and will continue. I always feel welcomed and at home here, plus all there amenities are above and beyond.

This was my first time staying at this motel, and I had a great experience. The front desk staff were very welcoming, professional, and helpful from check-in to check-out, which made my stay comfortable right away. The room was clean, neat, and well maintained, showing great attention to cleanliness. Breakfast was fresh and well organized, with good options to start the day. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service and comfort, and I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

I stayed here for the weekend, the location was nice and quiet. Staff was friendly, the lady at the desk was sweet also the boy works at kitchen was kind and helpful, hot breakfast was delicious, biscuits and gravy were tasty!! The issue I found during my stay was the rooms were not that comfortable, the bad were slightly harder than other places. My other family members were in different room they got the soft bad. So I guess some room needs attention!! Other than that everything was great. I really enjoyed our stay. Better I will give it a try again.

My original review was based off thinking the hotel stole a jacket of mine. But I just found out today my parnets pranked me thinking it didnt get sent and they didnt know about me writing the original one. Tim has been a great help at this location and will be staying here again next time were in town.
